Delete your ChangeCheck account

You can request deletion of your ChangeCheck account and associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below. This page is provided for Google Play’s Delete account disclosure and for all users who wish to submit a deletion request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@changecheckapp.com with the subject “Delete my ChangeCheck account”.
- Use the same email address you used to sign up, or include that address in the message so we can verify ownership.
- We’ll confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days (often much sooner).
What we delete
- Account details (email, display name), authentication data, and saved settings
- Saved items such as favourites
- Any profile photo you uploaded
What we may retain
- Anonymised aggregates that help other parents (for example, de‑identified check‑in counts and trend summaries). These contain no information that identifies you.
- Backups and logs for a limited time (up to 30 days) for security, fraud prevention, and disaster recovery.
- Any information we are required to retain by law.
